The Seven approach is very different from the norm, because at the heart of everything we achieve there are three key brand values: Understanding, Commitment and Honesty.
So, building our business from insightful industry research to enhance your overall experience, we’ve created The Seven Principles of Effective Recruitment:
We start by asking our clients and candidates for feedback on everything we do to ensure we’re getting it right every time.
97% of them saying they would use Seven over any of the competition.
100% of our candidates have rated our consultants as being outstanding or very good.
“I’ve been working with Seven for just over 7 months now and found them to be true market experts in the FMCG arena.
They have supported Premier Foods through a period of transition where we’ve been hiring for over 60 plus newly created Marketing, Sales and International roles.
Their approach is reliable, honest, down to earth and consultative. They provide the full 360 degree recruitment service needed when initially introducing candidates all the way through to offer stage.
Our Seven Consultant is a true business partner; his approach is refreshing and always manages to have a good sense of humour when times are tough or frustrating.
Seven are dedicated and true professionals and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them in the future.”
Christina Georgalla, Premier Foods
“From a personal perspective people at Seven have great accountability and can be relied on to live up to (and invariably exceed) expectations – I have built a strong relationship with key stakeholders in Seven, and look forward to working with them in the future”
David Irwin, Bacardi-Martini Ltd
“What’s great about Seven is that they really understand our culture and the type of people we look for, so rarely do we see a candidate who isn’t worth seeing. Well done and we look forward to continuing the relationship into 2015”

Here at Seven we never shy away from a challenge for a good cause.
On 29th July, Seven are taking part in probably one of the toughest and physical challenges out there. Tough Mudder is a 10-12 mile mud and obstacle course designed to drag you out of your comfort zone by testing your physical strength, stamina, and mental grit. We are pushing ourselves for our chosen charity Grocery Aid; helping those who have fallen on hard times in the grocery industry.

Seven have joined forces with The One Brand. We set out to bring CSR back to the heart of our business by using recruitment to make a tangible and significant difference to those that need it the most.
We are committed to building a not-for-profit partnership by recruiting across all their Sales and Commercial positions in turn adding true value to the brand.
This year 7 of Seven’s finest trained and ran Jane Tomlinson’s Leeds 10k. A big congratulations to everyone who ran and came out to support us on Sunday morning. It was a fantastic day and we raised over £431 – well done guys!
If you want to talk about commitment just ask the Seven boys, who overcame our biggest challenge to date by climbing the National Three Peaks (that’s the three highest mountains in the UK) within 24 hours!
Taking on the mighty Ben Nevis, Snowdon and Scafell Pike, they did everyone proud, smashing their sponsorship target with every step and raising over £1,075 for charity.
For this initiative, we donned our overalls to transform three therapy rooms at St Anne’s Resource Centre in Leeds. Giving Carol Smillie a run for her money with every brush stroke!
We also put our recruitment knowledge to the test with various ‘Work Inspiration’ sessions for those seeking employment.
“Thank you for volunteering your time to St Anne’s Community Services. The resource centre has been transformed and is a much brighter and more welcoming environment for our clients. The Work Inspiration sessions at Holdforth Court were also a great success and the clients really appreciated the one-to-one support with applications and interview skills to build their confidence when looking for employment”
Isobel Worswick
Manager, St Anne’s
Yes we did it! Nicki, Nicola, Kate and Meg gave up their Saturday morning snooze to brave the 30-degree heat and run 5k for Cancer Research.
An absolutely fantastic day had by all, and to top it off we raised over £300 for charity. Good going Seven Girls!
It’s good to do good…
