The Client is both the Candidate AND the Employer.

For the Candidate:

• They don’t call you back when they say they will
• They send out your CV without consent
• Mis-matching you to a company with the wrong culture fit
• Fail to deliver constructive post interview feedback – whether successful or not
• Call at a time that suits them (not you)
• Doesn’t consult you on your next career move
• Refuse to take ownership and have your best interests at heart.

For the Employer:

• Questions value for money. Recruitment is expensive and you should know how your money is being spent.
• Consistently fails to understand your business needs
• To brush over a candidates weaker points
• Doesn’t offer an alternative strategy if you’re unable to fulfil a role
• Thinks the best candidate is the first available candidate
• Sends through CV’s that don’t match the brief
• Doesn’t follow the companies recruitment procedure
