My client is an instantly recognisable truly branded food business with significant sales and profit growth. On their behalf I am currently recruiting a Senior National Account Manager to manage the Morrison’s relationship.

Reporting the National Account Controller responsibilities include full P&L management, including Trade Spend and delivery of key business initiatives including NPD, in store executions of marketing initiatives and overseeing all relationships between the company and the customers. You will be working with Marketing, Supply Chain, Commercial Finance, Credit Control, Category & Insights, and all relevant contacts in Morrison’s, including senior level contact.

This business is operates in a highly competitive category with clear branded positioning, the role needs this individual to think and act intelligently, operating ahead of the game to maximise distribution in different channels and formats.  You will need to constantly prove, develop and enhance retailer relationships, reviewing and improving the promotional strategies and effectiveness.

Senior National Account Manager Requirements:

You will be proven Account Manager at a National level having held P&L and budget responsibility in a branded FMCG environment and ideally within a top 4 grocery account. You will be highly analytical with strong personal influencing skills as you will be required to influence at all levels internally & externally. A resilient Account Manager with real passion, drive and enthusiasm is required to move into this role. A real high flier searching for new challenges would be an ideal candidate to work in such a fast paced environment.
