We have an outstanding Key Account Manager opportunity to join one of the largest and most highly regarded Life Sciences businesses currently operating across the world. With a heritage spanning over 100 years and operating within a multitude of specialist areas, this multi-billion-dollar business can offer fantastic training and development, opportunity to effectively run your own business unit, and the potential to unlock countless opportunities beyond.


They offer a highly commercial and fast-paced environment that champions proactivity and rewards initiative, and they are now looking for a driven Key Account Manager to join the team and manage a portfolio of key FMCG, Industrial, Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences accounts, selling specialised and general technical products and taking these existing relationships to the next level.


This is an outstanding opportunity for any individuals with 2-3 years B2B Sales experience looking to take the next step and increase earning potential. Direct technical experience is desirable but not essential, so if you are commercially astute with a flair for technical understanding and a hunger for learning and development then this could be the role for you!


As Key Account Manager you will be fully P&L responsible for your entire account portfolio and have the backing of an internal Commercial Admin Support team right behind you all the way. You will have the opportunity to engage at all levels of seniority and build relationships with globally recognised customers ranging across renowned Industrial companies, leading Pharmaceutical businesses and major FMCG brands. This role is all about relationship management and being a specialist in the products that you sell. You will be the first port of call for your customers, so a consultative, can-do attitude is essential along with an ability to deliver a detailed technical overview and understanding of your products.


Successful candidates for the Key Account Manager will have a positive track-record in B2B sales ideally in a technical product environment, with at least 2 full years completed. Pragmatism, enthusiasm and commercial ability are a must for this role, along with an outstanding technical ability and understanding that will allow you to learn your product range inside and out, delivering outstanding insight and service to your customers. In summary this Key Account Manager role will give fantastic exposure to a major global business with a highly specialised portfolio of products and a high calibre customer base.
